    '90 5.0 temp sender

Quick question. Replacing the temp gauge sender on the GT. Use teflon tape on the threads, or does it seal well enough by itself?

Think they may have orig used a redish pipe dope but teflon tape will work, what I'd do. just couple wraps.

Jim, they use Permatex high temperature thread sealer. I have some I just bought a few weeks ago. You're welcome to use it, or you can get it at any Autozone, etc.
