Any tips on cleaning and preserving a vert top?

Any vert owners out there have recommendations on what to use to clean and protect a cloth convertible top? My top is already in great shape but I would like to keep it that way. I have never owned a vert so any hints you guys have for taking care of and preserving the top would be appreciated. So far I have only used a soft brush or sponge and car wash.

    yes, Ragg Topp

think of it as a waterproofing for your top. I use it on my top and water beads off like it's freshly waxed paint. I apply it probably twice a season.

Very easy to use, works very well. Get the kit, ragnes from $30 - $40 depending upon your specific application

I'll second Ian's recommendation. He told me about it and my top now looks extremely good for 19 years old!
