I've been researching this for almost 2 years now. I will install one this winter but here is my issue. Paxton or VMP. I THINK I had it all figured out and I was going to go with Paxton until a buddy took me for a ride in his Roush GT. wow was that fun.... and now I'm not sure again.

I know I might be asking for a lot... does anybody have a Vortech/Paxton (or even procharger) that would be willing to let me go for a ride with them? Of course I would be willing to travel.

I can read the forums for days...but I think real world experience would be the best way for me to know for sure what way to go.

If anybody has an opinion, I would be glad to listen to them too.... I know the debate will never end.

Reasons I'm thinking Paxton:
1. cost
2. room to grow (someday I plan to build my motor) I know the Paxton can get up to 1000HP
3. able to stay cooler after several WOT pulls
4. lighter
5. I can keep my engine bay looking the way it is now....(see below).
6. quieter
7. should do better at the drag strip (even though I only go 5-6 times a year)

Lastly, what type of car would be faster from a roll (say 60mph) Paxton or Roush? Given everything is equal.
