Been there 3 years ago for my house. Cost of new TRIO boiler & hot water tank ~$13K installed.

IIRC an Otima battery is ok for many, but I believe if you run one down to dead, that's it, it won't recharge.
Better batteries out there.

Just returned from 2023 Carlisle ALL Ford Nationals. Ford did big on stage presentation of the NEW 2024 Mustang called Dark Horse. First new name given since Bullitt.
Best I know NOT going electric....
