Power steering exploded in my driveway while I was putting the car away. Haven't got under the car much to see exactly. If I have to replace the whole thing I might go rack and pinion?

ED's self promotion skills are well known in the car community. His affiliation with MotorHead Magazine, his prowess on the drag strip and his leadership at Stoneham Ford make him a FORCE in the FORD car world.

I booked 3 weeks ago and there was not much left then. I just went on Expedia and there is a hotel called the Country Inn and Suites, and the Econo Lodge,both had a couple of rooms still available.Carlisle is on my "bucket list" and since I have never been before, I figured the 50th anniversary of the Mustang was a good time to go, so i'm goin !!!

Did you book at the hotel that NHMC has rooms reserved at? Rick always has a block of rooms that are reserved for NHMC members so we can all stay together.

We stay at the Days Inn. Its a couple miles out from the field but RIGHT off the highway. I don't have the phone # and if I remember correctly, that's the only way to book that hotel. Just make sure you get them to e-mail you confirmation, last year I booked the weekend and they only booked me Thursday night. Luckily it was a rainy weekend and people were afraid that their cars would melt so there were cancelations.

No I did not. I just decided to go on a whim and booked as fast as I could. I looked at hotels one day, looked the next day and half the stuff I looked at the day before, was already gone, so I booked as fast as I could.I am staying at the Sleep Inn Carlisle, 2.5 miles from the event. Possibly driving my Mustang, but have a thought of towing my Mustang down behind my F150 on a Uhaul trailer. Putting my car in the event so I will have wheels to come and go since I will have my truck. Depends on weather, etc.Who is going and how do you guys plan on getting there???
