It looks like EV is winning the future for now, but my personal opinion is that the hydrogen fuel cell will eventually replace standard EVs.

Well, I still think the answer far down the road will be electric powered by hydrogen fuel cell technology. Think about it, EVs still require charging from somewhere that will probably not be a zero-emission source, like a power plant. And it takes a while to charge, so a lengthy road trip doesn't fly well with full EV.

If hydrogen fuel stations became as common as gas stations are today, no range problems with quick fill-up and the only by-product of a hydrogen fuel cell is H20; just plain old water.
