Carlisle 2021 ... Being positive.

With Covid vaccine rolling out this early spring, hoping for a much better year.

My NHMC club members friends & I along with my son have all just booked our rooms, new hotel as some already book, yes in in January.

This hotel has total of ~ 82 rooms, as of yesterday they said only ~ 20 left open. :o

No risk to book now, if plans change, can be cancelled by beginning of May.

I have to admit that I'm not surprised.
As I mentioned in a previous post, most car enthusiasts seem to not give two poops about Covid.

I was surprised.... he's the King of Carlisle.

I've been going to Carlisle since Ford Nationals started in 1994. Only have missed a few like Jackie Brown.
Rooms go fast. so when the Montgomery boys checked on rooms, they included me & my son for reservations. So we're set.

Worth noting, Rick/ the club "had" room reservations two years ago.
Then Covid hit, Carlisle show moved to end of July 2020. Most of us didn't go. So then no new NHMC group reservations made for 2021 - best I know. So is why we're all on our own, I believe.

Recent changes in Mask Mandate, will certainly help.

Not worried about covid, had shots awhile back. Most of Carlisle in the wide open... Weather should be fine.
Half the fun is showing & seeing others cars, Ford displays. Half hanging with my son and several friends. buying stupid stuff

Leaving tomorrow morning with son, brother in-law. Rick L texted me, meeting him & daughter, few others down there. Other than chance of few showers on drive down, looking like a great weekend yea.
